Things I am Looking Forward To Next Month:

• The proliferation of hysterically tacky Christmas paraphernalia, mocking it.
  
• November, and thus the dread of my birthday, being over.
  
• Oscar-worthy films coming out - just in time for sweeps.
• Only a month till our annual Death March!
• Everyone doing crazy year-end lists.
  
• Having the small satisfaction of (slightly) beaten them to it.
  
• Peppermint stick ice cream.
• "Snow" piled on State Street (trucked in from the mountains/produced)
• A tiny bit of rain, having a rainy day at some cozy nook with Scott.
• Purchasing a new knit hat and scarf.
• Boots.
• Needle corduroy.
  
• Thanking goodness we don't celebrate Christmas and have all the craziness that can go with it.
• Post-holiday sales.
• Turkey on sale. Mmmmm turrrkeeeey.
• Satisfaction of being d.o.n.e. with NaBloPoMo.
